85-Reign

85-Reign is a cold, treacherous and mountainous vanilla themed planet that acted as a waste dump for the nearby planets Rend, Dine and Titan. It is a 0 cost moon with mainly dogs outside and a variety of creatures inside.

- Alot less daytime tulip sneks
- Improved the main room, added a new prop and moved back the shelves to be on the wall. Also (hopefully) fixed items spawning out of bounds -Added more guiding lights to main bunker -buffed scrap counts
