This mod is Mine Turtle trigger sound + "Hello" as the sound when stepping on a landmine.
There are a dozen mine turtle mods to replace landmine sounds but I've only found two that actually replaces the trigger (step on) sound and neither even include the actual trigger sound from Mine Turtle, just "Hello".
