SUMMARY:
A medium weight modpack designed for the crew. Mostly quality of life changes, but a healthy dose of new content is also included, with a focus on late-game content and diversified player experiences. Only a couple of significant new features.
This modpack does not have a central theme or particular goal. It's just a collection of fun or terrifying mods that generally make the game more enjoyable (I hope). The main hope is that this modpack makes Lethal Company with my friends more fun, and maybe help it do the same for anyone else who wants to try it.
Most of these mods do not change game balance in a significant way. Generally, as it stands, this pack will probably make the mid to late-game a bit easier, but I plan to make the pack harder as time goes on.
INSTALLATION:
- Use Thunderstore mod manager (haven't tried this) or R2Modmanager (what I use). I understand that they're pretty similar.
- Search for Lethal Company in the top bar and select it.
- Select the default instance or create your own (your choice).
- Install the modpack by either: a. Going to "Online" under "Mods" and searching for "DKCompany" or b. Clicking "Install with Mod Manager" on this modpack's Thunderstore webpage (the place you're reading this)
- Click "Start Modded" and enjoy.
UPDATES:
- Unistall all files, starting at the top and going down. This will be a shorter process than you think because deleting dependancies like LC_API will delete all mods that depend upon them.
- Reinstall the modpack, making sure to get the newest version.
Alternatively, you could just click "Update All" when promped in your modlist. However, if I've deleted any mods from the pack, this will not remove them. Therefore, you will now no longer be able to play with people who have installed the pack "properly."
