If Using both Lethal Expansion and the Lethal Expansion Core mods
You likely are currently if using my Moons too! You will need to edit the Config for Core to make Functional Items work!
Set UseOriginalLethalExpansion to true
If there is NO config yet, run the Modded Game and launch into the Game (at least the ship), then Exit to generate the Config
