Added: DetailedScan (type "detailed", "det", or "ds" to use), FixCentipedeLag, Coroner, Skinwalkers, SpectateEnemies, FPSSpectate (use by pressing v to alternate between first person spectating and third person), WackyCosmetics, EmployeeAssignments, MoonOfTheDay, LCBetterClock, ScrapCalculator, and BetterEmotes (F1-F6 to use)

Deleted the BetterStamina mod as it makes everything you carry weightless, and I don't know how to fix that for now
Added the MikesTweaks mod, adjusted some terminal-purchasable items' weights, and also adjusted some stamina settings (should work the same as when the BetterStamina mod was there, except item weights actually matter now)
