It rarely spawns on Experimentation, Assurance, and Offense.
It will spawn slightly more often on Vow, Rend, and Dine.
If you don't have enough money, March has the highest chance to spawn from the free moons. (Higher than Rend and Dine)
It spawns most commonly on Titan.
