Goku Bracken with voice lines edited

Replaces the Bracken with Goku and gives him voice lines(edited a line in which he sounded off - in my opinion). (Goku reskin by Vulf)

Goku Bracken with voice lines mod

All I did was give the bracken Goku voice lines.
