Lethal Weight Fix

If you've ever had a friend ask "Why am I so heavy? I'm not carrying anything.", this is the mod for you!

Fixes Issues caused by the v55 update with some item weights. This could cause putting certain items down to make you very heavy in some mods. Does this by rolling back the logic in the PlayerControllerB to how it worked before.

• Added some logic to enforce that weight does not go below 1, which could cause a weird speed boost.
• In a future update I hope to allow items to remove weight from the character, but this is proving far more difficult than it first sounds, so this will not work for now.
