War Without Reason Meltdown BGM
Plays War Without Reason during a meltdown event, perfectly edited to two minutes. To achieve this, it plays one loop of Phase 6, Phase 9, and Phase 10 each.
I am aware similar mods already exist, but this one was moreso tailored to my tastes.
