Lethal Client Plus
READ!! The General Improvements mod adds a second hitpoints meter, you will have to turn it off by going to config, BepInEx/config/ShaosilGaming.GeneralImprovements.cfg, Edit, UI, then set ShowHitPoints to false and save.
