Changes the sounds HighAction1, HighAction2, and LowAction (When being chased, seeing a dead body etc.) to the 1000 yard stare meme as well as displaying the 1000 yard stare soldier image as a UI on your screen. Tested and is compatible with v49 and v50. (Should work on higher or lower versions, but is untested there)
