Lasso Man
This mod adds Lasso Man. Since it's unknown whether or not he's a scrapped, a planned, or a test entity, I decided to add him back to the game regardless. Unlike the Test Enemy, this monster is incomplete by the seems of it, and I was unable to find a mod that adds Lasso Man, so yeah, here we are. His spawn rate and max count can be tampered with, alongside its power level, and if you don't like him, you can disable him. That's pretty much all you need to know. I don't know how to write READMEs so apologies if this page is ugly. Also, thank you for installing. About the source code, do as you please. This code is pretty much rushed.
