Adds a bunch of Pride Flags and some other fun things to the scrap pile!

• A config to change the spawn rates of each scrap item

To-Do

• Adding many more identies to each type of item and a Palestinian Flag as per request
• Add more customization through the config including the ability to make the decor flag always available (can't be default because being always available makes it not appear visibly in the shop)
