Adds famous and extinct Russian corn chips Syrkolbas.
Value
It's value is directly transferred from IRL price in rubles, which is insanely unstable, because SyrKolbas isn't realy being sold anymore, and the only ones I found for sale were either out of stock or realy overpriced. So it will cost from 50 credits (The cheapest I found, and about the price they were sold for when they were avaible) to 250 credits (The price it's being sold for on online marketplaces).
Rarity
They are supposed to be "somewhat" rare because of the price, but not impossible to find.
Modeling
I was a bit sleepy when modeling the chips, so the model is a bit blocky and looks bad with dynamic lightning. I am aware of this, but too lazy to remodel.
