The weather system seems to have been fixed but I'm not sure.

Spawn chances all monsters and scrap have been changed!

Removed from active spawn outside enemies: Kidnapper Fox [Idk he just dont spawn on the map],Hoarding Bug [Bye Yippee].

The brightness of street lights has been reworked again >:(
