The weather system seems to have been fixed but I'm not sure.

Some objects were moved (Trees, stones, bushes) so that they were adjacent to the ground

Added to active scrap spawn: [Chemical jug, Dust pan, Stop sign, Metal sheet, Yield sign, Remote, Flask, Steering wheel].

Spawn chances all monsters and scrap have been changed!

Removed from active spawn outside enemies: Kidnapper Fox [Idk he just dont spawn on the map],Hoarding Bug [Bye Yippee].

The brightness of street lights has been reworked again >:(
