Press R to use a walkie talkie in your inventory no matter what you're holding

Walkie Use

Works if you are holding another item or the walkie talkie itself.

All players must have the mod installed. (maybe havent tested. server owner for sure though)

Walkie talkie must be turned on first.

Fixed compatibility with DesktopTerminal (Can use walkie key while on terminal) and AdvancedCompany (Walkie key does not interact with headset)

Input Utils added as a dependency to simplify and make it better.

You can now rebind your walkie toggle key from the in-game rebind settings! It should be the last one at the bottom. :)

Quick fix!

Walkie now doesn't interfere with rotating in build mode

Made it so walkie does not activate when using terminal / chat or game is unfocused
