Following changes compared to vanilla version of TZP:
Lowering base movement speed.
TZP makes you walk and sprint faster.
TZP buff duration increased considerably.
TZP doesn't run out.
Spray paint doesn't run out.
Spray paint doesn't need to be shaken to keep spraying.
Shaking spray changes the colour of the particles.
