Scandalous Patch Mod
This mod fixes the Cruiser's hand animations resetting when you get out, reduces wheel sizes, smoothens wheel rotation, and fixes the front wheels being 'locked' while moving. Best paired with Cruiser Improved and Better Vehicle Controls.
