COMPANY-MANDATED MESSAGE:

Happy workday, employees. Today we are here to share a phenomenon regarding the vir colligerus, better known as Coil-heads.

It appears that after coming into contact with a specific computer game, they have taken over the sounds and voices of a character known as 'Spring Man'. Although our scientists find this targeted imitation of sounds greatly intriguing, they also find it amusing, as one even quoted to say "he says badabing".

This effect seems to have somehow spread to Coil-heads all across every known moon. Nevertheless, they appear to function the same as they always have, so we expect everyone to act with the same composure and caution, to limit the amount of sustained injuries the Company will have to deal with.

The Mod

Introduction:

Hey you! Did you know the internal filename for Coil-head is SpringMan?
...Did you know there's another video game character called Spring Man?

This mod greatly reduces the scare-factor of Coil-head by making him say very silly things. Now with optional sneakers!

Creation:

• Previous versions of the mod were made with the mods CustomSounds, LCSoundTool, and the guide on the online Lethal Company Modding Wiki.
  • I made the new version to test the programming skills I (hopefully) got since first making this mod, and to allow for some more flexibility and options through Config menus, in case you don't want to get rid of the old sounds, or don't want the sneakers.
• Simply replaces all of the sound files of the Coil-head with new .ogg files of voice clips and sound effects from the video game "ARMS". Does not replace anything else such as models, it's only these 10 sounds.
• v1.2.0 is quite a massive overhaul, so apologies if anything does not work. Will try to ensure it functions as intended through updates, and otherwise I suppose you could revert back to v1.1.0...
