Simply put the folder in Steam\Steamapps\Common\Lethal Company
To edit the speed, launch the game once and close it, then edit this file with notepad Lethal Company\BepInEx\config\CustomScrollSpeed.cfg and change this value ScrollSpeed = 0.3
