Custom modded interior/moon combo based on Tartarus from Persona 3.

Known Issues
- Mechanics based around teleporting players are known to have a delay on other players' screens.
- Jetpack/similar movement mechanics are not recommended on the moon as it does not account for anywhere outside the typical play area.
- Chests are removed for now, they will return once they are functional again.
