Start the lobby - then "Custom Dungeon: Tomb/HyperionStation/TeraSpace" will appear in the LethalLevelLoader config
next you must set it to true.
“Manual Level Names List” is a list of moons on which the dungeon will appear. “Dynamic Level Tag List” is a list of special tags
