Allows the use of custom music for the Company Cruiser radio (also adds other QoL config settings to the radio)

BananaCorp Skin and Music for the cruiser.
I've had to bundle the original mod into this .zip for now. If the author of CruiserSkin adds a way to detect the skin files without doing this, i'll remove the DLL and add the original as a dependancy - but this will have to do for now :[
