This mod enables randomized discounts on moons (1 with 100% discount, 50% chance of subsequent moons on discount, up to 4 moons) for 50% or more so that the player can have a bit more variety in the early parts of the game.
I ended up rewriting the whole mod to work with LethalLevelLoader https://github.com/IAmBatby/LethalLevelLoader
