Interactive Store

A mod that provides two interactive terminal applications that help players in purchasing stuff like items, decorations, and ship upgrades.

How to access the content of the mod

• The first application can be accessed through typing istore (configurable both the prompt and letter case sensitivity) in the terminal. This will display a screen with the items available to purchase from the store. Each entry will have a counter which corresponds to the amount you wish to purchase of that particular item. Additionally, the screen displays at the bottom the current and maximum amount of items the dropship can carry and total amount of credits you will spend for the purchase. Once finished browsing, you can enter your purchase, which displays the list of items you have selected a non-zero amount for and if you wish to confirm the purchase or not. Once confirmed, it will deduct the credits, and the counters of each item are reset to zero.
  • Since this application uses both pagination and counters, two separate sets of controls are used for each. Look at "InteractiveTerminalAPI" control bindings for each set and change according to your needs.
• The second application can be accessed through typing idecor (configurable both the prompt and letter case sensitivity) in the terminal. This will display a screen with the currently available decorations that you can purchase from the store (stuff like suits or plushies) and ship upgrades such as the teleporters, horn, and signal transmitter. You can select which you want to purchase, which will bring a confirm prompt, and once confirmed, it will act the same way as purchasing through vanilla means.
