Appreciating Returns
Adds the ability to configure specific Moons and/or Risks to have their scrap scale with Quota. The formula for adding value to each scrap is the following:
extraScrapValue = Mathf.CeilToInt(100f * (1f + TimesFulfilledQuota * TimesFulfilledQuota / 16f)) / totalScrapSpawnedThisRound;
