Mute That Phobia

This sound mod specifically targets most spooky, scary or disturbing background noise and replaces them with silence, especially the 'Hey' whisper. Made for the faint of heart.

NOTICE: The Ghost Girl sfx are untouched. The 'Hey' whisper is not part of the Ghost Girl.

Anyone is free to make a modification of this sound pack. If you have any feedback, feel free to DM me over Discord (zantus).

• SOUNDPACK FEATURES!

  • Completely client-sided
  • Retains some music
  • Mutes most background ambiance
  • Mutes the spooky interior/factory sound effects
  • Mutes all the random creaking, including those inside and outside the ship
  • Mutes that 'Hey' girl whisper
  • Mutes the random crying ambience
  • Mutes random screams
  • Replaces the PhoneScream sfx with low-tone beeping

• WHAT DOESN'T IT DO?

  • Does not mute main menu music
  • Does not mute Ghost Girl sounds
  • Does not mute 'panic' sfx, such as when you spot an enemy or dead body
  • Does not expect you to become anything that isn't all you were, and how it doesn't want you become anyone else but you

• TO-DO:

  • Double-check all the files for any missed spooky SFX (again)
