Adds some custom emblem backgrounds for my modpack(s), custom Coroner messages, custom weathers, and sound effect replacements. Sound effects are:

• Half-Life 2 Combine sfx for Walkies
• Yankee Doodle for Nutcracker music
• Dashie "That fucking bird that i hate" meme audio for the Sapsucker
• FighterZ Cell "Hello" for Radar Booster Hello
• Spongebob Steel Sting sound effect for team wipe
• Muting the Start of Day ambience for use with Lalalatte Loadstone
• Muting the Disco ball music
• Muting the Ship squeaking noise in orbit
• Muting the bugged ambience on Espira
• Muting the Momiji Nesobari scrap AWOO sound
• Muting the Beep from Landmines, Boombas, and the ambient noise from Boombas
• Main Menu Music (Including an Alt theme)
• Some extra sound effects for Poltergheist

Weathers are:

• Blackout + Forsaken
• Blackout + Hallowed
• Blizzard > Snowfall
• Snowfall > Blizzard
• Heatwave + Majora
• Majora + Earthquakes
• Meteor Shower + Earthquakes
• Toxic Meteors (Meteor Shower > Toxic Smog)
• Mini Meteor Shower (Meteor Shower at the end of the day)
• Bloody Night (Bloom Moon at the end of the day)
• Light Fog (Alternating between Cloudy and Foggy)
• Flash Flood (Alternating between Rainy and Flooded)
• Risk of Rain (Cloudy > Rainy > Stormy)
• Risk of Rain 2 (Cloudy > Rainy > Hurricane)
• Military Occupation

Includes a config to toggle sound effects.

Only requires Emblem and SoundAPI!
