Adds Mr Hippo's speech as Jester wind up, and continues his speech while chasing you.

INSTALLATION: Put the CustomSounds folder into Plugins, if you already have a CustomSounds folder, just put the "MrHippoJesterWindUp -AnkoRoth" folder in it instead.
