CustomTranslatorCharLimit
Allows for a custom # of characters to be input and received with the signal translator. Note that the terminal input can only take a max of 26, so this is the upper limit for now. In addition, it needs to be patched for everyone that uses this mod, transmissions received by others will be truncated to 9 without this installed.
