Adds the Clay Surgeon, my personal take on the Barber.

- Right now, aesthetic configs only apply when a Surgeon spawns. So for example changing their ambience volume will only be set when it spawns and will not update dynamically anymore. This was done for performance concerns and may or may not be addressed properly in a future update.
