Dine Rework

Let's face it, Dine is horrible kinda bad. From getting 4 turrets immediately at main, to having multiple Butlers before sundown, Dine has always been the "high-risk, little reward" moon. Anyone with more than a sliver of game knowledge will tell you that Rend is better despite being cheaper.

Dine's indoor power has been reduced from 16 to 14. The maximum amount of mines have been decreased from 35 to 12, and maximum turrets decreased from 18 to 6. The loot pools have also been increased to be slightly above Rend's but lower than Titan. The moon is still pretty difficult, but with these changes hopefully Dine can have a better place in the game's progression and actually be worth purchasing. To compensate for these buffs, I increased the price from 600 to 650 so it's a flat 100 dollar upgrade from Rend.
