CHANGELOG

6.2.0 & 6.2.1

  • Reduced the file size from 48.5MB to 16.9MB

  • Changed the Eclipse visuals to:

Screenshot 1

A very dark and with it's reddish shine and the Eclipse diffuculty of 5 it becomes a real challenge.

  • Why is it red? It's explained in a Sigurd's Log somewhere...

  • And talking about visuals... The entire visuals of Siabudabu changed for that more foggy apperance that Rend or Dine have.

Screenshot 1Screenshot 1

  • And finally fixed the broken wind sounds, so Siabudabu has proper ambiance sounds now.

  • And a lot of other stuff that I forgot or don't want to spoil it.

6.1.0

  • Reduced the file size to 48.5MB (from the large 64.1MB),

  • Reduced the verticies of the terrain to be more performance friendly,

  • Fixed the NavMesh issues and removed NavMesh in the non-playable areas.

PS: It's acctually playable now...

6.0.2

Changes:

  • Optimized the terrain, results below:

    • Terrain Vertices:

      • 6.0.0 & 6.0.1 - 264196 Vertices

      • 6.0.2 - 21850 Vertices

    • FPS Count (will be diffrent for you):

      • 6.0.0 & 6.0.1 - 51 FPS when landing and 81 FPS

      • 6.0.2 - 83 FPS when landing and 104FPS

  • Reduced the size, results below:

    • 6.0.0 & 6.0.1 - 69.1 MB

com.fiufki.siabudabu

Changes:

  • Added new ambience, for a more dynamic gameplay.
  • Changed the terrain type from a terrain to mesh, to improve visuals.
  • And a lot of other stuff.

5.1.0

  • Reduced the Moon size from 114 MB to 59,6 MB, not including the Thunderstore data.
  • FPS boost from ~60 FPS to ~70 FPS on my Nvidia RTX 3050 while doing heavy work in the background.
  • Made some texture changes in the terrain.
  • Fixed the positions of the trees.
  • Fixed some GameObjects not having a collider.
  • Fixed the ReverbTriggers error spam.
  • Removed the short path from Main Entrance to the Fire Exit.
  • And of course updated to V60.

5.0.1

  • Adjusted the active turret position to not have a range that can reach the ship.

    • In the future I will use Xu's guide for moon size and perfomance.

5.0.0

Siabudabu Extended Cut is here! Originally Siabudabu was huge, but meanwhile in the alpha version of Siabudabu I wanted to make this smaller and easier to get from the Ship to the Main Entrance. And now I'm reversing to that larger version, but not very far, just the distance that still remains the original concept.

So let's get to the other changes:

  • Due to the map changes it was possible to put an actual active turret on the map, this of course may changed in the future or at least there will be a hiding spot to gain stamina and run to a safe area, here's a preview below:

    preview

  • Remade the poster tapes to look more like posters in real life, there's a preview below:

    preview

  • The path to the ladder in now more obvious, there's a previous below:

    preview

  • Also added more decorations, but I'm not going to list them all, there's a preview of two of them below:

    preview

There's probably more stuff that I forgotten of. So let's now talk about the plans for the future of Siabudabu:

  • There are some missing colliders to add, but they are not important and you will probably never know if you didn't read that,

  • As I said earlier, there probably will be a hiding spot for the turret if it will be classified as unfair.

Thank you all for 70K downloads on Thunderstore and thank you for reading :D
