Replaces butler's murder theme with "Luigi Boccherini: Minuetto" and adds "C'mon england" when angered and "OHMMMM" when dying

*** 1.1.3 *** butler will now yell "c'mon england" when pulling out a knife and "OWWWHHMMM" when popping, if you want just te music then downgrade to 1.1.2
