Gives unique names to all combination weathers that don't already have them.

Lethal Elements by default calls the Solar Flare + Snowfall weather "Aurora Borealis" instead of simply "Solar Flare + Snowfall", and I really like that bit of flavor it adds. So, I went out of my way to make a copy of every existing "+" and ">" named weather from Weather Tweaks, Combined Toolkit, and Lethal Elements Theta, but with a fitting rename instead.

If you are a dev for these three mods, feel free to steal my names.

YOU NEED TO DISABLE THE OLD "+" AND ">" NAMED WEATHERS IN WEATHER REGISTRY'S CONFIG

Renamed Weather Tweaks Combined Weathers:

"Blackout + Snowfall" is now "Winter Blackout"
"Blackout + Solar Flare" is now "Solar Blackout"
"Eclipsed + Blackout" is now "Extirpate Eclipse"
"Eclipsed + Flooded" is now "Eclipsed Flood"
"Eclipsed + Rainy" is now "Eclipsed Rain"
"Eclipsed + Snowfall" is now "Eclipsed Snowfall" (I didn't say these were ALL creative)
"Foggy + Blackout" is now "Stygian Fog"
"Foggy + Eclipsed" is now "Eclipsed Fog"
