- This is a temporary solution, I'm hoping Wesley eventually makes them able to be disabled

- I will additionally mention a temporary request I wrote in it: Please do not use the Belt Bag if a safe in the Art Gallery gives you one, its overpowered due to how the Belt Bags changes are, and I would prefer no one abuse the fact safes drop them, but I cannot control everyone, so it's your own call
