113-Kiln
"The air is so heavy it's intoxicating... who... are they...?"
113-Kiln is a vertical volcano moon set on an abandoned geothermal powerplant. Beware of the hot steam, the pipes are old.
Kiln is a 500 cost moon that aims to be a A tier moon.
Moon details
POPULATION: None reported.
CONDITIONS: Overbearingly hot surface
FAUNA: Some creatures have adapted to the harsh environment, but they're mainly inside facilities.
HISTORY: House to many now abandoned geotermal powerplants, this small volcanic moon was the source of rich minerals and the provider of energy for nearby planets and space stations. However, the heavy industrialisation of the moon made it unstable, and all operations stopped after a massive eruption launched a volcanic rock to the planet this moon orbited, 164-Hollowed, causing massive destruction.

Since there's new ways to go up without the need of the ladders (mainly for the 2 handed scraps), they are reverted as how they usually are in vanilla, I'll keep a close eye on how it plays.

- Lowered the max particles that come out from the pipes
- Removed the particle collission from the one pipe that had them
- Instanced some textures/materials that were used repeatedly
- Fixed the pipes and thunder event to be on host call only instead of on all clients (Thank you Jacob)
