Shisha
Finally shisha is back!
Custom Seichi support and contenttag based skins are planned.
I wanted to upload Shisha with these but figured I shouldn't hold them back any more.
Also the particles are a bit iffy right now, will be fixed later.
Proper readme comes later as well.
