Current list of changed sounds, in order by category

Monsters

-Thumper: all noises have been replaced with the Cleric Beast from Bloodborne

-Jester: cranking music and the scream after popping have been replaced with the Evangelion theme and Spanish dub Shinji respectively

-Eyeless Dog: roar when spotting a player has been replaced with "OK I pull up" from the song 'After Party' by Don Toliver

-Bunker Spider: steps when walking are now the Vine Boom Thud, attacking a player will play Jerma's "giant enemy spider," as will killing the spider

-Baboon Hawk: caws and yelps have been replaced with various YTP and Family Guy quips

-Nutcracker: marching tune has been replaced with BFG Division from Doom 2016

-Coilhead: the noise that plays when it kills a player has been replaced with Peter Griffin saying, "I'm coming", noise when frozen by being looked at has been replaced with the stalker scream from Half Life 2

-Earth Leviathan: the breaching sound that plays when it attacks a player has been replaced with "PINGAS" from YTPs

-Forest Giant: when a forest giant eats a player, it now plays Cookie Monster eating cookies from Sesame Street

-Old Bird: the various noises they make while attacking players and creatures have been changed to these sounds: HELP MEE, Heavy from TF2 crying, Gabriel from ULTRAKILL's "Hate" speech, "Lettuce" from Burger King Foot Lettuce. The music that plays when an Old Bird chases a player has been replaced with "Order" from ULTRAKILL

-MISC: Creatures like the Bunker Spider, Spore Lizard, and other monsters that rely on the "steps" SFX will use the Vine Boom Thud noise.

Hazards/Items

-Bees: the idle hive buzz and attacking buzz have been replaced with music curtesy of @Foopap on Spotify

-Stun Grenade: explosion sound has been replaced with Mt. Vesuvius vs Baby

-Item Drop Ship: ice cream song has been replaced with music curtesy of @Foopap on Spotify

-Mines: the activation noise right before they explode has been changed to "WTF BOOM"

-Ceiling Spike Traps: the slamming noise has been replaced with the Minecraft Anvil placing noise

-Bridge Collapse: the noise when a bridge collapses has been replaced with the "They hit the Pentagon Lyle!" Zach Hadel voice clip

-Lockpicker: the noise that plays when picking a locked door now has an alternating replacement with one of three Payday 2 Assault themes (currently only plays every other time the lockpicker is used, unintentional and will be fixed soon)

-Shovel: now plays Scout from Team Fortress 2 going "Boink!" or "Bonk!" as well as the opening riff of "Bad to the Bone" by George Thorogood

-Signal Translator: now plays sans SFX from Undertale

Misc

-'Adrenaline' noise: sounds that play when you see a monster/body have 2 replacements; Hog Rider Yell from Clash Royale and Ludwig the Holy Blade from Bloodborne

-Ship Travel SFX: the sounds that play as the ship flies to a moon have been replaced with "Summon in the Sunlight" by Jameserton from 'Happy Souls'
