Changes the phone scrap pick up/equip sound effect to the iconic "Whazzup" from Scary Movie.

This mod can have compatibility issues with other mods that affect phone scrap audio playback. Known incompatibilities will be listed below alongside their fixes if there are any.

I am in no way affiliated with any of the prior mods achieving the same goal. This mod was developed independently and merely achieves compability with newer game versions.
This mod directly alters where the phone's code fetches its audio assets from. This means there's a good chance it might break if the way the phone fetches/plays audio files is changed through a game update.
