184-Derelict
An early game custom moon that serves as a galactic junkyard.
POPULATION: Abandoned
CONDITIONS: Surface littered with technological debris. Radioactive waste hazard!
FAUNA: Sightings of mutated scavenger creatures.
HISTORY: Originally a lush world, 184-Derelict was acquired by the Company for waste disposal. They built a massive recycling facility and implemented teleportation technology for efficient dumping. A catastrophic malfunction at the facility released toxic byproducts, creating poisonous pools and noxious fumes. This disaster forced a complete evacuation, leaving behind a hazardous junkyard planet.
Weather Effects and Events
- Portal Storm: Occasional surges in the facility's activity, cause more debris to rain from the sky, changing the level dynamically.
- Toxic Fog: Foggy weather is a bit more than just a nuisance here! Don't linger too long in the mist!
Terrain Hazards
- Radioactive Hotspots: Areas of intense radiation that can quickly deplete health and cause delirium.
