weatherMix
- mixes a few vanilla (and some modded) weathers together, with the aim of creating a more coherent (and still enjoyable) weather pool.
- soft dependency on MrovWeathers, Wesleys_Weathers, and LegendWeathers but they are NOT required. if you do not have them installed, they will not show up in your config.
- currently features 5 weather mixes, and 2 eclipse variants.
