Youtube Boombox Volume Config

This mod adds a config for the YoutubeBoombox mod by Steven4547466 when the game is first launched. The config changes the default value of music played through the boombox via the YoutubeBoombox mod. The default value of the config will already lower the volume from 75.6 to 25.
