Stage Select
Just a straight forward modification of the stage select to make it quicker to navigate to the stage of your choosing.

- The stage you selected is now shown in the center of the screen
Bug fixes
- Fixed selecting a stage with mouse showing "Random" instead of the stage that was picked
- Fixed bug where after selecting a stage you could reselect a stage with direction keys
