Exactly what it says on the tin. Disables aim assist on every pilot weapon.
There's currently no (known and/or available) way to reliably disable aim assist server-side (referring to VITALISED's NoAimAssist mod here), so although this isn't exactly a robust solution, it's the best we've got.
