Adds the harvester battle mode mode, to make it serverside only this is done as a modifier not a gamemode and can be toggled from the settings. Only works on skirmish and will not do anything on other modes

Adds harvester battle as a replacement for skirmish
Attack the enemy harvester and stay near your own to repair it
HarvesterPush 1 to enable harvester push
Harvester_health controls the amount of health each harvester has per player on game start (recommend 5000 or more)
