No Time Limit

Tired of the fog or the lava rushing you on higher difficulties? This mod removes the time-based threats from every difficulty level in PEAK, allowing you to climb at your own pace.

Description

The primary "time limits" in PEAK are the rising fog and the rising lava in the Kiln biome. This simple mod disables both of these mechanics from ever starting, regardless of which Ascent (difficulty) you choose.

It turns out that both the fog and the lava are controlled by the same internal game setting. By disabling this one setting, this mod effectively removes both time-based threats, letting you enjoy the challenge of higher difficulties without the pressure of a timer.

Installation

This mod requires BepInEx to be installed.

Make sure you have BepInEx installed for PEAK.
Download the latest version of this mod.
Move the PeakNoTimeLimit.dll file into your BepInEx/plugins folder.
Launch the game, and you're ready to go!

How to Use

Simply start a run on any difficulty you like. The fog and the lava will no longer appear, giving you unlimited time to complete your ascent. There are no configuration settings to worry about.
