Toolgun
Coming straight from G-Mod is the toolgun! A balanced item that rarely spawns in explorers' luggage and allows you to spawn two standard items of your choice. An additional admin version is available that can be spawned in manually using mods such as the item spawner mod
All clients are required to have the same mods installed for it to function properly. If one client has different items available due to having a mod other player's don't then the items shown on the menu will not match and sync correctly between clients.

- Admin's Toolgun no longer has a use time and can be spammed. Admin's Toolgun now has access to all registered items, including scene/unused items not in any spawn pool.

- A cooked toolgun will now spawn cooked items. Toolgun item stats and spawnable items can now be configured, config info is synced between clients such that the host's settings are used. The fake error messages can now be disabled locally in the config.
