The BepInEx console will not appear when launching like it does for other games on Thunderstore. This is normal (and helps prevent crashes during startup). You can turn it back on in your BepInEx.cfg file.

Peak Suppression
Adds noise suppression to the in-game microphone, for players using Voice Activity mode. This mod alters how your client handles your microphone, therefore other players (with or without) the mod, will hear the better quality version of your microphone.
